Headlamp Motor Repair

 The headlamp motor gearcase fails and the drive to the headlamp bucket slips.

There are two symptoms of this problem:

- The headlamp bucket may rotate unevenly or not at all.

- The motor runs too long and makes a clicking sound for about five seconds after the headlamp is activated.

The cushion bushings in the motor gearcase shear and cause this problem. We repair the gearcase with new bushings. The repair is guaranteed for 10 years.
