Headers

The headers utilize 2" primary pipes and 3" collectors. The material is 304 stainless steel. They are ceramic coated on the outside and the inside.

Catalysts can be custom fitted to the long tube headers. High quality metallic substrate catalysts are utilized. The front catalyst connections are a slip fit. The rear connection on the right is an OE type fit. The rear connection on the left side is a three bolt flange. The connection on the left requires shortening the left exhaust system pipe.

On a 500 chp engine, the catalysts will reduce horse power by about 4. An engine with this exhaust system can pass an emissions test.

To add catalysts to the headers, add $593 to the engine package cost.
