AC Conversion to R-134a Service Bulletin

GM issued service bulletin 43-12-07E as a procedure to convert R-12 refrigerant systems to R-134a. It is a 23 page document covering all GM vehicles from '84 to '94. These are the pages that have information that is relevant to the ZR-1:

Page 9. The formula for calculating the weight of the R-134a refrigerant. 1 pound 14.5 ounces for the ZR-1.

Page 18. O-ring compatibility. The R-12 ZR-1 O-rings do not need to be replaced.

Page 19. The R-12 mineral oil does not need to be removed.
